Quality, 24hr access, and the simple fact that we are a small business, We are not a tax payer funded facility like the community gym. We have high standards and pay our trainers 40% higher than the industry standard and we have an amazing space.

We also have not increased our prices since we opened 7 years ago and only added value. 

No, but we do allow you to bring your kids as long as the rules are followed. We have an area where they can hang out. They just can’t be running around playing on equipment.

We do not. We are an old auto parts building with a basic bathroom. We are fortunate to be in a small town where most people are close to an at home shower. 

To be in there on your own you must be 13+ and a parent must sign off for you. We can make exceptions for younger but you have to meet with a trainer first and do a consult.
